Luis Capo's Reflection
My group was told to research about a food program that helps the elderly and families and with low income by providing money for healthy based foods. My group first had done a 50 minute presentation to the class, and so did the rest of the groups. Once everyone had gotten their topics memorized, we were told by our professor that we will need to summarize our topics and present to a crowd. Being told to speak in front of 100+ people on a stage about a researched topic had me nervous; For the simple fact that the audience was so large. I have stage fright that kicks in when there is a packed crowd so i was feeling nervous throughout the research process all the way to the day of the presentation.
